Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arcadium ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Payments & Subscriptions

Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Shop System

If you use our Shop feature to sell items to your players, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and game publisher terms of service. You are solely responsible for the items you sell and any disputes with your customers.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcadium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
