Clusters

A cluster is the top-level organizational unit in Arcadium. Think of it as your gaming community's control center where you manage machines, servers, players, and team members.

What is a Cluster?

A cluster represents a distinct gaming community or organization. It provides:

  • Isolated environment - Each cluster has its own machines, servers, and players
  • Team management - Invite members with specific roles and permissions
  • Centralized control - Manage all your infrastructure from one place
  • Branding - Customize appearance with logo, colors, and domain

Cluster Structure

Cluster
├── Machines (physical/virtual servers)
│ └── Game Servers (running on machines)
├── Players (across all servers)
├── Team Members (with roles)
├── Tasks (scheduled automation)
└── Shop (monetization)

Use Cases

Multi-Community

Separate clusters for different communities or projects:

  • Production cluster
  • Development/testing cluster
  • Partner communities

One cluster per client, keeping their infrastructure isolated and manageable.

Cluster Settings

Each cluster can be configured with:

  • Basic Info - Name, description, timezone
  • Branding - Logo, primary/secondary colors
  • Domain - Custom domain for player-facing pages
  • Integrations - Discord bot, payment providers
